Package Includes:

 

LLC Formation with Full Legal Support. We will form your LLC in the state of your choosing, including filing Articles of Organization, preparing all required documents, and advising you on ownership structure and real estate-specific issues.

 

Custom Real Estate Operating Agreement. You’ll receive a professionally drafted Operating Agreement tailored for holding real estate—addressing liability protections, tax structure, management powers, and ownership succession.

 

Federal EIN (Employer Identification Number). We’ll obtain your LLC’s EIN from the IRS, so you can open a bank account and begin operating the LLC for real estate purposes.

 

Property Title Transfer to LLC. We will prepare a deed transferring legal title of your rental property from your personal name into your new LLC, including all necessary legal formatting and notarization requirements for your jurisdiction.

LLC Ownership Compliance Checklist. You’ll receive a clear guide on how to manage your new real estate LLC post-transfer—including how to title future leases, collect rent properly, and maintain compliance.

 

Direct Attorney Access and Legal Guidance. Throughout the process, you’ll have direct access to an attorney—not a document mill—for strategy and questions related to LLC setup, asset protection, and property transfer. Includes a 30-minute consultation and follow-up email support.
